Let’s make your work shine!

In addition to creating my own books, I love helping other writers tell their stories. I bring fifteen years of experience to help my clients at any stage of their creative process, whether its refining a rough idea prior to outlining or honing a completed manuscript for clarity and effect.

Prior to my move into publishing, I was a film executive for over a decade, running development for legendary producer Mace Neufeld. My job was to work with writers and creative teams to perfect their projects prior to production beginning. I had the great joy and honor to work on the Jack Ryan, Equalizer, and Harry Bosch franchises, along with smaller projects ranging from intimate character pieces to bombastic action to delightful children’s movies. I now use those skills to help my editorial clients find the best way to tell their stories.

As an editor, my focus is purely on turning your project into the best version of what you want it to be. I have experience in film, comics, and prose, and I would love to hear more about your work and see if I can help. My expertise is in thrillers, mysteries, science fiction, and fantasy. I have worked on projects for middle-grade, young adult, and adult audiences. I have worked in film, comics, and prose, and love them all!

Finding the right editor for your work is critical, and I’ll be up front if I don’t think I’m the best person to help you. I don’t want to waste your time or money! If your project is primarily horror, romance, literary fiction, or slice-of-life, I wish you nothing but the greatest success, but I’m probably not the editor for you.

I also don’t do any representation or career advancement work. I’m happy to provide general advice about ways you could move your project forward, but I want to be extremely clear that my clients get my knowledge and skill; I can’t help you get your manuscript in front of a publisher or your screenplay on a producer’s desk.

If you want to work together, feel free to use the box below to tell me a bit about what you’re working on and what sort of help you’re looking for. I’ll get back to you as quickly as I can with what I can offer and what I charge.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
